I've always been drawn to stories. Not the polished, near perfect versions we share with the world, but the real ones. The messy ones. The ones filled with resilience, heartbreak, healing, laughter, and growth. The moments that make us who we are.

For a long time, I believed photography was about creating beautiful images. Now I know it's about something much deeper than that. It's about preserving proof that you were here. That your story mattered. That you deserve to be seen exactly as you are in this moment. Not ten pounds from now, not when life calms down, not when you finally feel "ready."

As a woman, I understand how easy it is to put yourself at the bottom of the priority list. As a mother, I know what it's like to spend years documenting everyone else's memories while quietly disappearing from your own. I know what it feels like to lose pieces of yourself while showing up for everyone else. And I know how powerful it can be to slowly find your way back. I did. Now it's your turn.
